The worst experience we've ever had: no clue about running shoes, and even worse, they didn't know what a walking pad was and treated the customer like an idiot in an arrogant and utterly condescending manner. We won't be going back to that store, not even for small items.

I've never experienced anything like it. In recent years, service has generally improved significantly in many places. But at INTERSPORT Borgmann, you still find a service desert. Despite asking for help, no advice was forthcoming. You feel like you're begging for assistance. They then pointed us in the general direction to the items we wanted to buy, making it quite clear that our request for help was a nuisance. Unbelievable. We still can't believe we experienced that. Brick-and-mortar retail can't survive like this. I can only imagine they don't actually want to sell anything and the whole thing is just a tax write-off. If you want to get frustrated, though, this is the place to go.

We've been customers for a few years now, with the whole family. Today, Alessandro gave us excellent advice again, and we spontaneously bought two pairs of On Cloud shoes. The service is great, and they take the time for professional advice.

The selection in the store was good, but the advice was unfortunately disastrous. I bought a swim cap for my child and specifically asked for help choosing the right size. I was recommended a size that was supposedly a perfect fit for my child. At home, we tried the cap on – it doesn't even fit over the back of the head, let alone the entire head. And yes, we definitely put it on correctly – that wasn't the problem. My child's head circumference is perfectly normal – just in case anyone thinks the problem might be due to an unusually large or atypical head shape. Very disappointing! This shouldn't happen during in-person consultations.
