I needed new running shoes, or rather, walking shoes due to knee problems. Just like last time, Mr. Dohr got two pairs for me to try on and buy immediately. Size 47, no problem! It couldn't be better, thank you! I'll only buy my running shoes there!!!

Excellent advice on running shoes from the owner. After the treadmill analysis, based on my description of my usual running routes, I was given three pairs to try on and found the perfect pair among them (I chose the Brooks Glycerin 22). After purchasing the shoes, I had a pleasant chat with the owner for a few minutes. I can't understand the negative reviews. It should be obvious to everyone that a brick-and-mortar store won't offer the lowest price found online, especially when a consultation and treadmill analysis are included. After a month and a half, I'm still extremely happy with the shoes (a quantum leap compared to my old ones!) and recently completed a half marathon in them.

Great store, the salesperson knows what they're talking about. I've been buying my shoes there for two years and have always received excellent advice. I had a complaint because the glue on my three-month-old shoes came loose. The item was replaced without any fuss, which I think is very fair.

This is another great example of why shopping in retail stores can be frustrating: you drive to the store (open according to the website and Google Maps) and find a notice on the door stating that it's closed for the day. Wow! What's the point of a website or the ability to adjust opening hours on Google Maps? I won't be coming back.

Excellent advice, helpful treadmill analysis. Three suitable models were recommended based on the analysis – not too many and not too few. Great support in making my decision, and I was absolutely thrilled after my first run in the new shoes. This is how a shoe-breaking experience in a brick-and-mortar store should be! 👍🏻
