It used to be good, but nowadays if you ask what exactly the advertised offers are, you're treated rudely with the excuse that they don't have time to take pictures of the goods. Never again Teamsportböse.

I needed to have a jacket printed and was able to go directly to the shop. I didn't have to wait long, and the print was done exactly as requested. The back of the jacket was printed for a reasonable price. Time will tell how long it lasts, but the service was friendly.

I had company jackets printed by him, and despite correspondence and a test print, the logo was printed on the wrong side of almost 40 jackets. After some discussion, we agreed to a €1 discount per jacket. The invoice arrived, but it was incorrectly calculated and included a €50 surcharge. After I pointed this out, the invoice amount was correct, but there was no discount for his mistake. When I inquired, he suddenly claimed the printing would cost €4.50 per jacket instead of the agreed-upon €3.50. Instead of deducting the euro, he added it to the price. Since we didn't have anything in writing, I accepted the €4.50. A few weeks later, I requested a new quote, and the reply stated the cost would be €3.50 per jacket. I then wrote to him, accusing him of ripping me off the last time, when the jacket was supposedly €4.50, and he had charged me €3.50 because of his error. I was then threatened with being told to "watch my tone" and called a "young lady." I can't fault the printing; it was all clean and well-printed. Sven himself, however, is as chaotic as his work appears. He issues incorrect invoices, provides no order confirmations, no receipts for goods received or returned, and gives curt replies because he refuses to acknowledge his mistakes. Therefore, one star for the printing; he doesn't get any more. I'll find someone else before I get ripped off.
