The product is excellent; the equipment is remarkably lightweight and comfortable. It surpasses sled dog snow skates and ODRs in my estimation. The materials are high-quality. While the order experienced a delay, potentially due to the Christmas season, customer service responsiveness was consistently excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend TOMSEN products above all others.

As much as it displeases me to leave such a bad review, the service, for me, was subpar. The primary, most off putting thing was the sketchy interaction with their customer service, followed by very strange and sparse telephonic encounters with the individuals responsible for my order. Brief conversations that always ended in a very long 'on-hold' situation which never concluded. I was also unable to return one of the products that came already damaged. The quality of the products is... lacking, to say the least, and they deteriorate fairly quickly given the price.

Still waiting for a refund. Aurelian confirmed that they were going to refund within 30 days and it has now been 3 months! They do not answer emails any longer. Very bad!

It is a scam. I've been waiting for months to get my money back. They keep telling me both on the official e-mail and phone that I will get my money back "in a week". And yes, I am sure I ordered from the official site + talked also with Aurelian, the one that other reviews talked about.

Received my products on time and was so surprised to get a follow up phone call from Tomsen to see how everything was going with my skates! I highly recommend Tomsen Snowskates to all skaters (ice, Inline, roller) for the easiest transition and the most amazing time in the snow. A class act from start to finish.

Threw them on my backpack and had a great time on the slope even as an absolute beginner in winter sports. Totally recommend, fun and easy to learn!

I highly recommend Snowskates for beginners as I was impressed how easy it was when I tried it for the first time. They are easy to carry and a lot of fun on the slopes. Highly recommend!
