I was here again recently to get my bike ready for spring, and I'm once again absolutely thrilled. I had a flat tire (a small hole in the front), which was fixed quickly and flawlessly. Since my bike is leased through Bikeleasing, I didn't have to worry about a thing – the insurance claim was handled completely smoothly. A particularly positive aspect: I was able to pick up the bike the very next day. The employee was extremely courteous and competent (unfortunately, I can't remember his name), but I experienced the same high level of expertise and customer service last time. This kind of service is sadly rare these days. Friendly, professional, reliable – here, you truly feel valued as a customer. A definite recommendation; I'll gladly come back anytime!

They're actually good bikes, but what I don't understand is why the gravel bikes have a 27.5×1.5 rim size. It's an unusual size, and you can't find replacement tubes or tires for them.

I brought my e-bike in for repair – often a less than ideal start for a customer, as you don't exactly come across as a "comfortable" buyer. I had bought this e-bike from AT Cycles in the past. The staff were friendly and realistic in their assessment of the damage and the repair cost. The repair was carried out perfectly; the bike runs like a dream, as even the moving parts were lubricated. Fantastic! If there were more shops like this, we'd soon be back to cruising altitude in our country. Well done!
