Despite the large number of customers, they took plenty of time to provide thorough advice. Even when we returned later to test the bike again and then buy it, everything was explained clearly and professionally. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision, even though the sales conversation went on past closing time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm absolutely thrilled with Hürth Bicycle Service! The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, and you can immediately tell that he truly cares about his customers. No matter what problem you have, he helps right away and always finds a quick solution. Such excellent service is rare these days. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
