At the end of August last year, I ordered a Cube e-bike through my employer's company bike scheme. Upon inquiring personally, I learned that my order had been accidentally deleted, so I reordered. Months of silence followed, and I had to go back to the company only to find out that my bike was no longer available. I then chose a new one, unfortunately without success. Again, months of complete silence. No updates, nothing! At one point, I was told that my email had been mistakenly marked as resolved, even though I hadn't received a reply. Two weeks ago, I canceled my order and obtained a high-quality bike from another bicycle dealer within a week. It seems to me that Cube doesn't need to make money.

Super friendly and competent service. Test ride done, frame size determined. Bottle cage installed. Paid, packed up, and happily rode home. Would gladly come again; so if you want a nice Cube, this is the place to go.

Excellent advice when buying my new e-bike! The team at Multicycle Iserlohn really takes the time to address individual needs. I was able to test ride various models and never felt pressured. The handover was professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and excellent service! A special highlight: They not only offer expert advice but also a really delicious coffee, which made the decision even more relaxing.

We bought our two mountain bikes through Bikeleasing in Iserlohn in 2024. The advice we received during the sale and bike handover was patient and friendly. In retrospect, the brakes on my bike aren't suitable for mountain biking beginners, as they squeal so loudly that everyone for miles can hear me approaching. It might have been better if they had mentioned this during the sale, but oh well. I still like my bike and probably would have bought it anyway. Up until six months ago, the customer service was also very nice and friendly. Recently, we were at the workshop for a problem, and when we picked up the bikes, a new employee was there. I've never experienced such an unfriendly tone. He was insulting and verbally abusive. I asked him several times not to speak and argue like that. I feel sorry for the rest of the nice team there, but this man is a reason for us not to go back. A normal tone with decent explanations would have been helpful, but one shouldn't have to put up with being insulted and abused.

It is all the more regrettable that your recent experience with the workshop was so unpleasant.<br><br>We would like to put the workshop appointment into perspective: You came with the complaint that the telescopic seatpost was defective because it wasn't retracting properly when you sat on it. However, by design, a telescopic seatpost only functions reliably under straight, centered load. Under tilted load, it cannot retract correctly, although this does not necessarily mean there is a technical defect. Accordingly, the troubleshooting was time-consuming, and ultimately no defect could be found – therefore, the troubleshooting was charged.<br><br>In addition, during a test ride, it was discovered that the brakes had virtually no braking effect. The cause was the use of copper paste on safety-relevant components of the braking system, which can significantly impair their function. We repaired the brakes professionally – free of charge.<br><br>Regarding the tone of voice: We take seriously your feeling that you were not treated respectfully during the conversation. Insults or personal attacks are unacceptable and will not be tolerated. At the same time, we must be very clear about safety-related issues (such as a malfunctioning brake). If we didn't maintain a consistently calm demeanor in the moment, we apologize.<br><br>If you wish, we would be happy to discuss this calmly in person or by phone to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure you feel well cared for again.

Dear Sir or Madam, I visited your Cube Store in Iserlohn last week and would like to give you some feedback on my visit. I have been a customer for almost three years now and have always received excellent service from the workshop team. That's why my last visit was such a surprise. Last week, I came in hoping the workshop could look at my issue on short notice. Unfortunately, I was told that they had no availability. I understand that the workshop might be busy. However, in this situation, I would have appreciated a more detailed and personal explanation. To make matters worse, the music in the workshop was very loud, making it difficult to hear each other. Furthermore, the employee was initially on his mobile phone, which didn't create a very professional impression. At the checkout, I spoke with a former workshop employee who kindly explained that they were currently operating with a reduced staff. I would have preferred this transparent explanation directly from the workshop manager. I want to emphasize that I will continue to give you a chance, as I have been very satisfied in recent years – hence my 3-star rating. We understand that the explanation wasn't clear enough for you – we'll make it clearer and more personal in the future.<br><br>Regarding the "cell phone" issue: Our workshop manager wasn't on a personal call at that moment, but was coordinating internal team matters via WhatsApp. We've addressed this internally.<br><br>The noise level in the workshop is normally kept moderate. If it was too loud that day, we'll take this into consideration and pay closer attention to it in the future to ensure more pleasant communication at the counter.<br><br>If you have another urgent matter next time, please let us know directly – we'll see what's possible on short notice or give you a transparent and realistic estimate.

I visited this store a few years ago, and back then, a 1-2 star rating would have been more than justified. However, things have clearly changed for the better since then. We met a very friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant who took plenty of time to answer all our questions. Several bikes were presented and available for test rides. Unfortunately, none of them were quite right for us. They then offered to have more bikes delivered to the store. Since we wanted to visit different bike shops and look at various models that day, we declined the offer and continued our search. The assistant remained patient and friendly until the very end. It was a completely different experience than a few years ago. Thank you!

I bought my bike here and also took it in for its service – and I'm completely satisfied. The advice I received during the purchase process was competent, honest, and unhurried. They took my needs and riding style into account, so I was able to quickly choose the right bike. The service in the workshop also went absolutely smoothly: quick appointment scheduling, clean work. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the team and the transparent communication. A clear recommendation for anyone who values quality, service, and expertise!

Yesterday I was at the Cube Store in Iserlohn. I can't understand the negative comments. There's a large, colorful selection of all kinds of bikes. Both the descriptions and the prices are clearly displayed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bike I wanted was even moved from another branch for me beforehand – no obligation. The explanation of the bike was very thorough, and all my questions were answered. After about three hours, I left the store with my new bike. They even kindly helped me load it into my car. Thank you for your help! I can't comment on the service yet, because I have to take it for a ride first ;-) Best regards, keep up the good work!

We were extremely impressed by the Cube Store in Iserlohn. Everything seemed very neat, clean, and tidy as soon as we entered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Marius Temme provided us with expert advice. Our daughter wanted a mountain bike for Christmas, and they had one in her size. She also received a kickstand and a water bottle with a holder. After a professional inspection and check, we were able to pick up the bike the very next day. This excellent service convinced us, and we will definitely be back. It was a truly memorable shopping experience, the kind you rarely find these days in Germany.

This store saved my ultra bikepacking race! My handpump somehow got stuck on my valvecore after a puncture, and the tire was constantly losing pressure. Just before closing time, the team of the store solved the problem for me by putting in a new valve and some sealant! If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have arrived at the finish yesterday. Thanks a lot!!!
