I ordered a leasing e-bike through Megabike with an inspection package. The seller explained to me that the inspection would be free of charge. When the bike was handed over, a paint defect was discovered. After five weeks it was clarified that I would receive a credit of €120 on my account. Ten weeks later, during the inspection, I was asked to pay my own share of €29.99, which I disagreed with, even though I had been expressly promised it would be free of charge. After a short time, the workshop manager asked me to please leave the shop, even though I was prepared to pay my own share. That's not how you treat your own customers. Another employee from the office then clarified that the inspection would be carried out. I picked up the bike after the inspection and paid my invoice. Days have passed again and I still haven't received my credit. We'll see how long it takes. It's a shame; I hoped for better service from Megabike.

It was a fantastic tour with lots of fun and action. Even our physical well-being after the tour was taken care of. A truly perfect day with our two top guides. Thanks again and see you next year!

The "Riding Techniques" workshop was fantastic, combining theory and practice, and it was a lot of fun. With the new insights and practice, I'm sure I'll be able to ride my off-road tours much better. A big thank you to Roy, who really went the extra mile for all the participants. Everyone (young or old, with or without a motor, and regardless of skill level) definitely got something out of it. :-)

I highly recommend Megabike. We felt very well taken care of and received excellent advice. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything in my size, which is generally difficult. They took plenty of time for us, even after closing time. I really wanted the bike in the picture, but they advised against it. This gives me the feeling that they're not just trying to make a sale. We'll definitely be back in the future.

I had a technical problem with my bottom bracket and went to Megabike on short notice. They immediately took the time to look at the problem and fixed it quickly. The service was consistently friendly and competent – I felt well taken care of. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for fast and reliable bike repairs.

We bought a company bike from Megabike in Iserlohn and are absolutely thrilled. The service was excellent – competent, friendly, and tailored to our individual needs. The wide selection on-site pleasantly surprised us, and we were able to take delivery of our new bike very quickly. We're especially looking forward to the guided tours through the region offered by Megabike Iserlohn – a fantastic way to actively explore Iserlohn and the surrounding area. We highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bicycle! Our tip: Megabike Iserlohn also offers a service for e-scooters – a real plus!

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. I bought a tow rope for my son's bike (Woom 4). Unfortunately, it can't be installed as specified by the manufacturer because the stem is too smooth. An exchange was rejected, and I was given a Velcro fastener to secure it somehow. However, this is neither desired nor permitted by the manufacturer. I was also omitted from any technical instructions prior to purchase. Had this or any advice been provided, I would never have purchased the product. There's no customer service here, and the product costs 20% less online, so the owner shouldn't be surprised why businesses are moving online. Brick-and-mortar stores should actually stand out through advice and customer service, but unfortunately, that's not the case here. This is my first and last time I'll buy from here.

Update: Megabike contacted me the same day and admitted that things hadn't gone quite as planned. They offered me a partial refund and a repair of the coil strap. Since I consider this a very fair gesture, and since admitting mistakes isn't always a given, I've adjusted my rating. This is also because the brakes are working perfectly. I dropped off my bike there to have the brakes replaced, and they told me it wouldn't be ready before the weekend. I acknowledged this with "no problem." The collection slip indicated Wednesday of the following week as the target date. When I called on Thursday morning of the following week, they told me the mechanic in charge wasn't available and would call me back. This never happened. When I called again in the afternoon, I at least received information that an ordered part hadn't yet arrived. When I asked if I could pick up the bike over the weekend since nothing had been done anyway, they again said the mechanic would call me back right away. That didn't happen. I find it a bit disappointing, but I can live with it. Originally, the price was quoted at around €150, as the owner himself told me. The collection slip showed a maximum value of €180, but it also stated that this was just a hypothetical figure and that, as I said, the final price would likely be closer to €150. In the end, I paid €182, €2 over the stated maximum price. When I asked why it had become so expensive, the mechanic said it was because of the PM adapters. However, these were always included in the original €150 quoted by the owner, as can also be seen on the collection slip with the cost estimate, and each adapter costs €8. The brake bleeding is listed at €45 on the invoice. Since Magura brakes are delivered pre-bled and only one cable appears to have been shortened, I find €45 for a 5-minute job (anyone who's ever bled a brake knows it can't take much longer) to be a pretty steep price. Ultimately, I was quite surprised, but I'll leave it at that. Perhaps there were some "complications." I can live with that. What I find absolutely outrageous, however, is the way the coiled cable tie was attached at the front. It's clear that someone simply couldn't be bothered and just haphazardly wrapped the thing around the cables. Here's a picture of how it looked before and two of how it looked after.
