I was ripped off for €130 in running shoes. After just one day, I wanted to return them – unworn, with the tag still on. But instead of addressing my concerns, my request was rejected in a rude tone. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept here. Anyone who values fair treatment should definitely avoid this store!

Mr. Tillmann informed me on my phone call that the item I wanted was in stock, even in various materials and variations, including size 3XL. Again, excellent service – friendly and helpful.
