Completed an online order and preferred to pick up from their office, was met very firendly and everything was very smooth, all packages were ready at the front desk and our last minute requests were fullfilled immediately, very happy to meet them in person, they sure love their work result is fantastic. Simply outstanding! ❤️ I've contacted them many times and they've always been very helpful and friendly. They even tell you if you don't need something – so they're all about providing consistently good service, not just trying to sell you something. I'll definitely be back!

At the first sight was all fine. But at the end I had a lot of stress because i wanted to give back some things I didn't use. It was one day after only, so i had the right to give my things back. The employee was very angry and could not guaranteed to give me my money back 🥺. After a few days my money was back but it was not a pleasant experience.

It's a shame that your lack of knowledge about drysuit repairs led to a poor review from us. We spent over an hour and a half putting together everything you needed, giving you assembly tips, and trying out countless booties. Then, a day later, you brought everything back because you decided you didn't want to do the repair yourself, fearing you wouldn't be able to manage it. You didn't want us to do the work because it was too expensive. We immediately refunded your credit card – yes, the device was new and we weren't familiar with its operation, and you had to wait 10 minutes. A transfer receipt was printed for you. We apologized for the wait, and you even praised the excellent service and advice as you were leaving the shop. Sorry – what's with this strange review now?

Definately a place to remember! Placed an order from the Netherlands (Apeks DST 1st stage), pricewise noticeably cheaper and delivery just took a day. Great service guys, keep up the good work!

I don't have enough words to express how happy I am buying at this shop. I live in Switzerland, had to import several time material through different borders. Depending on de borders the papers requested were different. At each time sf1 was there to keep supporting us and following up even re making all the papers because the duties border requested different things. Customer service, top. Prices also extremely competitive. Please never change the way to how to treat your customers !

After a pretty terrible experience purchasing from a larger EU online retailer, I turned to SF-1 for a sidemount regulator purchase. I was nervous about purchasing something like this online again, but the process was nothing short of seamless. Steffen replied to all my emails promptly, helped me get set up to receive the dive professional pricing they offer, and promptly shipped my purchase. It arrived carefully packaged just in time for me to head back overseas.

My second time buying here, this time an Apeks MTX-RC regulator sidemount kit, after my first order, which was the Apeks WSX-25, a sidemount BCD in november. They exceeded my expectations in many ways. Starting from the product, they're the only shop in the EU where I could purchase an MTX-RC (not MTX-R) sidemount kit and I could even choose what type of hoses I would like and for a really competitive price. Ok, products ordered and like 2 hours later the package was already on the way to me. I know it's fully upon them, but both times I received my order in 3 days (EU shipment), nicely packaged and marked on all sides of the package as "fragile" so the courier will take extra caution when handling the package. Ohh you won't believe it but on every order based on the value, you can select a free gift (don't miss it hehe). And last but not least in case you need any help or some assistance, they reply to your email in minutes, and it feels like you're messaging on a messenger and not over emails. :))) Couldn't recommend them more, will be purchasing here again!

Janothan, it corresponds to the German jurisdiction and our AGBs that the customer bears the return costs if he has received faultless goods which he just does not like. I don't understand why you give us a negative evaluation. What a pity ...
