Adidas offers a 6-week return policy for its shoes, even if they've been worn. Unfortunately, this policy isn't being enforced. I've only worn the shoes twice, for a total of 10 kilometers, and they're causing me pain. Returns are not accepted. Too bad, so it's best to order directly from Adidas or retailers that offer this return policy. ☺️

I bought expensive Adidas Terrex Gore-Tex shoes online a little over two years ago. After 12 and a half months, they were no longer waterproof, even though I'd only worn them a maximum of 60 times. I received a curt response via email, simply referring to the legal warranty situation after 12 months. I won't be buying anything from them again. / UPDATE: Review reposted because Google Maps deleted it on February 15, 2026, claiming the location no longer exists...?!

Absolutely a top-notch address and highly recommended. I had a jersey flocked there. From the initial contact to the pickup, the service was super competent and friendly. Plus, the price was ridiculously low. I'm more than thrilled with the service and will definitely shop there again!

We visited your store for the first time today, July 30, 2022, and were absolutely thrilled. The staff were very friendly, competent, and helpful, and the products were excellent at fair prices. We will definitely be back.

The saleswoman was very friendly and ordered everything that wasn't in stock for me as a matter of course. Plus, everything was at a great price! I'll be happy to come back and support local retailers!

More than excellent I would definitely give the seller more than 5 stars. I ordered at 10:00 AM via Amazon. The item arrived the very next day without any delays. Express delivery was fantastic! The quality is excellent. I ordered a pair of Hummels Authentic Charge pants. The price and quality are very good, and the size is perfect! I had previously ordered from Sportdeal24, and it didn't arrive after 3 weeks, even though they offered express delivery! Thank you for the quick and efficient service! 👍🏽
