I'm not a regular customer of the bike station, but I often have to wait a long time for trains here at the station. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Even today, when my train was hugely delayed, I sat down on some steps right next to the bike station. A very thoughtful employee handed me a newspaper, saying, "It's better to sit here; the stones are much too cold." A huge thank you for such a wonderful and thoughtful approach!

Great, I gave away my mountain bike, the tube was changed so quickly, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My pump was also attached, just great.
