I had a good experience with the online shop. My order was ready for shipping and handed over to DHL in just under 2 days. The delivery arrived on time and in full. When I read the negative reviews, I sent an email because I didn't receive a shipping confirmation on the first business day. My email was answered very helpfully and friendly. This shop had by far the best offer for the shoes I wanted. I definitely recommend it.

This shop is an absolute disgrace! The products are fine… but shipping took 10 days, even though it said 1-3 days max. I advise anyone who needs their products in the foreseeable future to order from here!

Delivery took over a month for items that were ready to ship, even though the website only stated a 1-2 day delivery delay. Now, the two shirts also arrived with material defects. But the real kicker is the customer support's complete lack of understanding.

Stay away. Is the shop possibly insolvent? Volleyball direkt used to be the official outfitter of our volleyball team, so I thought they were reputable. I initially attributed the extremely long delivery time to the flocking. However, it does take an unusually long time to order non-personalized items. My return was finally processed after a month, but I still haven't received a refund. I filed a complaint through PayPal, and they promised a "manual transfer," which hasn't arrived to this day. My email inquiries have gone unanswered. They promised a solution over the phone, apparently due to a problem with their payment provider. I'm afraid the shop is insolvent. There's no clear communication about why they can't simply refund the money to my PayPal account. It's all incomprehensible...

As has been mentioned here many times before, my order also took forever to be processed. When it finally arrived, one of the jerseys in my color was sold out. Not a problem for me, as I would have simply ordered a different color, but no, I received an email stating that only the one jersey would be sent. I then requested a cancellation, as I wasn't willing to pay €5 shipping for a €10 T-shirt. My email was ignored until the package was finally sent. And of course, I have to pay the return shipping costs. Stay away from this online retailer!!!! It's a clear scam.

On January 24th, I only ordered items that were ready to ship immediately or "in 1 day." I received an order confirmation that stated the expected shipping date as February 7th. The money was debited via PayPal on time. Then on February 7th, I received an email from customer service stating that the order was still delayed. To date, no shipment, despite my package being "prioritized" in the meantime. Unfortunately, that's completely unacceptable. Therefore, I'm canceling and will never order from here again.

Online orders take forever to process and ship. Exchanges are only possible with the receipt from the package. All information could also be found in the order itself, which can be shown on a mobile phone (e.g., order confirmation). This is outdated... Invoices cannot be viewed or downloaded online from your account either.

One star is too much. I've been waiting for my order for three weeks. I paid via PayPal. They've been using the money for weeks, but haven't sent the goods. I wrote that I urgently needed it, and it hasn't been delivered. I really don't expect to receive everything the next day these days, but it's been three weeks already!

I ordered online and was told the delivery time would be 1-2 business days. After 3 days without a shipping confirmation, I called to inquire. The staff seemed annoyed and told me the order would probably be shipped tomorrow. Shipping times are inaccurate! You can't rely on the shop's information. Other shops offer the same prices but significantly better service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ONLINE FROM THESE SHOPS!

I ordered online here. Overall, the shipping and refund process for the returned goods took weeks, with poor/virtually nonexistent communication. Delivery times were very long, often longer than stated—there was no notification of any delays. The good news: The goods were as described and the price was attractive! So, if you're not in a hurry, you might be able to get a good deal here.
