I'm a complete beginner and, based on a recommendation, went to Kempen after buying my first bike. I received excellent advice. The owners were incredibly friendly and made getting started much easier. I left feeling great and with top-notch equipment.

The advice I received about bicycle helmets was professional, but the lady was unfriendly and arrogant. When I said I needed to think about it, I was accused of trying to buy online. Are you not allowed to think about buying something these days? Customer service is something else entirely. This was definitely my last visit to that store.

We visited several shops beforehand because we wanted to buy good functional clothing for our cycling holidays, but we never really found what we were looking for. Either we received no advice at all, it was overpriced, or we didn't feel we were getting good advice. None of this happened to us at Kempuni – what a stroke of luck! The team knows exactly what they're talking about; there was no pressure to buy anything, and our expectations of expert advice were exceeded. This shop proved that a small, well-stocked store can do more than just sell things. It was well worth the trip. Thank you!

You first have to find one in your area; otherwise, your only options are online or the manufacturer in Bocholt. The advice and selection here are more than excellent. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you'll always receive friendly advice and a warm welcome. I needed a pair of pants for a 300km race and was more than satisfied. Since then, I've enjoyed coming here again and again.

The welcome was very friendly; I felt right at home. I was looking for winter cycling pants. They patiently showed me several models to try on. In the end, I chose two pairs. Then I wanted a new helmet. Here, too, they patiently showed me several models to try on, explaining everything in detail. After a while, I found the right helmet. I especially appreciated the gesture of letting me choose a pair of colorful cycling socks and take them home for free. I can't remember how long I was in the store—I'm still totally blown away by the kind and friendly manner of the owners, who gave me plenty of time and never tried to pressure me into buying anything. They even offered me a coffee. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store. Thank you so much for everything; I'll definitely be back! 👍👍👍👍👍
