My bike had a broken seatpost clamp, so I spontaneously went to the Classen bike shop – mainly because the online reviews were consistently positive. And I wasn't disappointed! Despite my unannounced visit, I was immediately greeted warmly, and they looked at my problem right away. The repair was carried out quickly and professionally, and after just 20 to 30 minutes, I was able to take my bike home again – in perfect working order. The service was fast, competent, and absolutely customer-oriented. I can wholeheartedly recommend Classen Bike Shop and will definitely be back if needed (you've gained another customer ☺️)!

Very good and fast service. The e-bike was ordered on Tuesday and ready for pickup on Friday. Final adjustments were also made on Friday, even though it was already 6 p.m. I highly recommend the team at Radsport Claassen.

I was told that you should buy your e-bike in Kempen from Claassen! And that's exactly what I did, and I wasn't disappointed. They take their time, give you detailed advice, and even let you test ride it briefly... And if something needs repairing, they have an in-house workshop with fair and transparent prices!

A bike shop you'll want to remember! Here, service, the friendliness of all staff, and excellent professional advice are top priorities. We've already bought several bikes and e-bikes from Radsport Classen, and our expectations have always been met! For us, there's no alternative; we'll be staying here!

My e-bike and gravel bike go in for annual servicing. Any problems are explained clearly and necessary maintenance is outlined. Despite their extensive expertise, their prices are significantly lower than other retailers. For me as a customer: Excellent!

Since there's no bike shop in Krefeld willing to service and repair my high-quality e-bike, I've been a loyal customer of Radsport Claassen for the past five years. Thanks to their expert service and consistently friendly and professional advice, I've already enjoyed over 30,000 km on my bike! My sincere thanks to the entire team!

We recently purchased two e-bikes from Radsport Claassen. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time to help us with our decision. The expertise of the sales associate helped us choose the right e-bikes for our needs. The atmosphere in the store was consistently relaxed and friendly, which made us feel comfortable. It was pleasant to be able to shop in a relaxed environment, without any pressure or rush. As a pleasant surprise, we received some freebies and a small discount on top. This small gesture showed that the bike shop cares about its customers and is interested in them. Overall, I can highly recommend the bike shop because of the staff's expertise, the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the thoughtful touches. I am very happy with my purchase and will certainly visit again in the future when I have further cycling needs!
