We went there for a recall from the manufacturer and had it confirmed twice that we could bring the bike there. When we arrived, they said, "Yes, but not this particular bike." And then they were really rude about it. Unfortunately, I couldn't give zero stars.

We were looking for two e-bikes. We liked two of the bikes, but we weren't satisfied with the service. We were able to take the bikes for a short test ride, but they didn't really check whether they were suitable for us. They also didn't really listen to our needs.

I bought a used Haibike from Mr. Vu. All promises were kept, and Mr. Vu is a truly competent and friendly advisor. Buying an e-bike should be a pleasant experience.

I'm more than just satisfied! The guys took a ton of time to help me find the perfect bike. Service and good prices are top priorities here. Even after the purchase, I still feel very welcome. Kempen needed an e-bike store like this, and thankfully, they got it! 😊👍

This is an amazing concept! I ordered my bike online and had it delivered to my home with a proper, professional introduction from a very nice and helpful employee who was also open to all my questions and answered them in a way that was easy to understand – you don't get that kind of service online otherwise.

The website looks promising. I'd prefer to buy a bike in a physical store rather than online, so I visited the shop. It's a shame the website doesn't mention that they're currently renovating and there are no bikes on display. I made the trip for nothing. Annoying.
