We cycled from Langen near Frankfurt to Breezand in Zeeland (Netherlands). It was the rainiest ride of my life. The luggage rack attachment on my son's bike came loose, and part of the mounting was missing. The bike shop at "Velowelt Kempen" quickly found a solution, and we were able to continue our journey after 20 minutes. After a total of 12 days of cycling, we finally reached our holiday destination, Breezand. Thank you so much!

After being rudely turned away at the bike shop in St. Hubert when I asked for a tire change (I think the reason was that I hadn't bought the bike there), I went to Velowelt bike shop. The tire change was done the same day, and my entire bike was checked (at no extra charge!) for a fair price. I'm happy to cycle all the way to Kempen for that!

The established bike repair shops in Kempen had waiting times of up to two months, but Velowelt was incredibly quick, even though they were clearly quite busy. Very friendly people, clean workmanship, reasonable prices – a real asset to Kempen. I hope they stay open for a long time.

We broke down on my wife's bike in Kempen on Friday afternoon with a burst tube. I have to say that the burst tube wasn't exactly standard size. Since Velowelt was the nearest bike repair shop, we contacted them. Mr. Rushjew specially got a reasonably sized tube on Saturday morning and repaired the bike. We were able to pick up the bike in working order at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The bill was unexpectedly low. Thanks to Velowelt, we were then able to continue our bike tour. A very accommodating, friendly, and competent team at Velowelt. Thank you again.

Very friendly and competent service! My Futura electric scooter needed a service after many kilometers and a year of continuous use, and it received a thorough check after everything was working perfectly again! Mr. Rushjew spares no effort in tackling even tricky technical problems and always finds good solutions. Many thanks for this and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

This bike shop comes highly recommended! 🥰 I've been there several times. The people are very friendly and helpful. You're greeted warmly and given excellent advice right away. With every visit, I'm always struck by how much Mr. Rushjew knows about bicycles 🚲 and the electronics behind them. 💡 Unfortunately, you rarely find that kind of expertise anymore! In my opinion, it's also one of the more affordable bike shops these days. I would never buy or have my bikes repaired anywhere else! 🪛 Thank you so much for your efforts and help! I'm really looking forward to my new, bigger bike! 😍

You pay €30 for a roadworthiness and safety check. They take the money but don't notice that the bike has neither reflectors, nor lights, nor a bell. When confronted, they say, "Well, times are different these days. We don't bother with that anymore because nobody cares anyway." Right. But charging €30 for it is perfectly acceptable. He then offered to install the bell, but of course, he wanted the full price for that as well. So, they charge for a service they don't provide and then still want the full price for fixing the defects. That was definitely our last visit there. We'll just buy our e-bikes and such somewhere else where we won't get ripped off.

Our e-bikes needed new rims. A timely replacement didn't seem possible. Velowelt helped us immediately, very efficiently, and at a reasonable price.

Had a new rear wheel and new tires fitted today. Very competent, friendly advice, great service, very fast repairs, a good eye for the bike, and very fair prices. And that even though I bought the bike elsewhere! I'll be happy to come back, thank you very much!
