I've now bought my second refurbished ball here, and I haven't found anything lacking. The advice is incredibly friendly and honest. You can definitely tell that the owner genuinely cares about giving you good advice and ensuring you get the best possible product. I'll definitely be buying my balls here in the future.

Good service is characterized by reliability and diligence. I've already tested four different pro shops. This one is by far the best. I won't have my bowling balls drilled anywhere else again.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this bowling shop! The products are of very high quality and perfect for both beginners and professionals. I'd especially like to highlight the first-class customer service: they really take their time, address individual needs, and it's immediately clear that they have a lot of expertise and passion. The service was also top-notch from start to finish – friendly, competent, and reliable. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A wonderful man who takes plenty of time and patience for his customers, explains everything clearly, and caters to their needs. Sure, the workshop is small and located in his basement, but that doesn't diminish the quality and passion he brings to his work. I will definitely go there again.
