Three months ago, I called on a Thursday, and the e-bike was picked up on a Saturday. Then I didn't hear anything for weeks. After about two months (it was summer vacation), I asked where the bike was. I was told that the control unit was defective and they were waiting for the replacement part. Another two weeks passed, and when I asked, I was told that the new replacement part had burned out during testing and another one would have to be ordered. When I asked how much it all cost, I received no answer! Then suddenly, things moved very quickly, and after another two weeks, my bike was brought home with a bill for €789.34! The entire repair took three months and was really expensive, without any consultation with me. No auto repair shop would do that! The guys are very nice, but they desperately need communication training! After this experience, please agree exactly what the repair will cost!

Quick contact, the mountain bike was picked up promptly, and I was informed about the costs beforehand. The bike was back after a week, everything was done perfectly. The price is fair for the service; I would gladly use their service again.

I had a flat tire and they were the closest bike service to me, but they would have been an hour and a half away. we talked on whatsapp and after 30 minutes they were here and changed the wheel! very fast and professional service! Thanks!
