Super friendly, super competent, super advice. For minor damage, flat tires, or missing screws, you can just drop by and they'll serve you immediately, at extremely fair prices. Horrem is lucky to have such a great bike shop!

Customer service is still a top priority here. When you receive advice, you immediately notice that the staff is trained. The price-performance ratio is good to very good. I bring my bike in for service every spring and haven't been disappointed yet. Keep it up, absolutely top-notch.

I left my bike here because my ball bearing was broken. My friends recommended the bike station to me. I have to say, I've never received better advice. The nice gentleman was super friendly and helpful. The price and service were excellent! I can only recommend him. From now on, I'll always go to him when I need something. 😁👍

I've been a satisfied customer of Dirk's for years. He's very reliable and does excellent work. He really tries to repair everything. If it's absolutely impossible, he installs new parts. A superb price-performance ratio.
