Simply unfriendly. I wanted to have my new tires, which I already had at home, mounted on my scooter, but they won't do it unless you buy new tires there. Very customer-friendly.

It was a long time ago when my scooter stopped working; the reason was a broken counter-pressure spring because the bolt in the clutch mechanism was seized. I even got a suitable used one from Minarelli as a gift from the boss; I remembered that and never forgot it.

We bought an e-moped (50cc) here years ago, which this year had to go to the workshop several times due to a persistent fault. We felt well taken care of right from the start, and this was confirmed during the repair. The fault was searched for until it was finally resolved. Thank you very much for the excellent and consistently friendly service!

Summertime, broken spoke... all the repair shops waved me off: appointment in August... repair within two weeks (upcoming vacation with the bike) just barely... Called Gorzolla on Friday: we'll look into it, bring it in, but it won't be possible before next week. Thanks! So fast!!! And then all the promised times were met. Delivered, repaired, and picked up within four days. Amazing!!! Fantastic! Everything was repaired professionally. Full marks for service, performance, and cost.

While passing through, I had a broken spoke. Without any problems, I received immediate assistance, even at the last minute. That's what service and customer satisfaction should look like. Keep it up! Thank you very much.

We had a problem with one of our bicycles while on holiday. We received immediate and very competent help. We were offered drinks while we waited and even got hiking tips for the area. That's what I call service. Absolutely fantastic. Definitely 5 stars.

During a short break in Königswinter, we had a flat tire on our Thule bike trailer. Luckily, we received quick and very courteous help here. We can therefore highly recommend this business. Many thanks again!

Very friendly, competent, and quick service for all types of motorcycles. I dropped off my Honda Shadow 750 there to have the tires replaced, etc., and it was finished quickly.

We had a problem with our e-bike – three other workshops had turned us down by phone. Zweirad Gorzolla even offered to pick us up if we couldn't make it to the workshop on our own. Once we got there, the problem was solved within minutes. A new update for the bike was included. Kölsch beer too 😉 Test drive on the brand new Lambretta g350 too 🥳 TOP shop. TOP people!!! You have to go there!
