We spontaneously decided to visit the new store on Saturday. (We were familiar with the old store.) The premises are very inviting. After some excellent advice and a test ride, we decided on a Batavus e-bike for my wife. The e-bike was delivered to us the same day. Top service. Update: Yesterday we went back again. I wanted to look at e-bikes for myself. There were several that I considered. After a few test rides, I ended up with a Hercules e-bike. Just like on Saturday, the advice I received yesterday was excellent. I'm absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much.

I first came across this bike shop in 2024 through a colleague who wanted to buy a used e-bike there. For the first few minutes, I was a little surprised by the premises. It's a small showroom with carpeting and stone-effect wallpaper, a small desk in one corner… that's about it. But… after a few moments of surprise, the expertise of the rather young salesman, Alen, and his exceptional friendliness really stood out. We found the bike, bought it, and they even delivered it to her house. All included in the service! I remembered this at the beginning of this year, so on January 22, 2026, I bought a new e-bike for myself there, a Kettler CX 10 Quadriga Town & Country. !!! Advice, service, and friendliness were TOP-NOTCH again !!! Since I have some health problems with my shoulder/elbow joints and lower back, I was advised to get a different handlebar and a proper seatpost. This was done quickly and efficiently by the young, very friendly employee, Alen, within two days. I hadn't expected it to all go so smoothly, and I'm very pleased and grateful. Alen's Bike Shop is expanding considerably starting in February 2026 on Randstraße, where the Rewe supermarket used to be. I'm very happy for the young owners, who are always friendly and helpful, that they now have premises that truly reflect their hard work and dedication. I certainly feel confident that I've found a conscientious and reliable dealer with a workshop for myself and my new bike. Friendly and helpful service at Alen's Bike Shop. We were able to test ride the e-bikes that were right for us. My wife bought a new Gazelle. I opted for a new Flyer. The prices for the bikes were very good. The bikes were delivered to Kempen free of charge. They also replaced the straight handlebars on my Flyer with swept-back handlebars. The installation was free. The position is now better for me because the handlebars are closer to the rider. All in all, we are very satisfied with how everything went.

I bought a Gazelle CityZen e-bike today. The process was very pleasant and straightforward. It's in great condition and the price is fair. They also offer new bikes. Unfortunately, we didn't find one for my wife, but we'll be back. Grandma wants an e-bike now, too.

I managed to snag a higher-priced e-bike through eBay classifieds and happily drove just over 100km each way for it. The seller was friendly, a minor defect on the bike was fixed, and then the bike was delivered. I was completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend Alens Bikeshop. Note: card payment is unfortunately not possible.

I was willing to drive all the way to Munich for an expensive e-bike. Currently (January 22), there aren't many left on the market. By chance, I stumbled upon Alen's Bike Shop. I live less than 600 meters away, and I hadn't heard of it before. It was amazing. I immediately bought a fantastic premium e-bike, at an unbeatable price. And friendly and knowledgeable advice. I highly recommend it.
