I haven't been playing for very long and wanted to have new rubbers applied to my racket by professionals at a specialty shop. I wanted expensive, high-quality Butterfly rubbers. After examining the racket, the two "experts" told me it was a pre-assembled racket and they couldn't remove the rubbers. They said remnants would remain. They told me, an amateur and novice, to do it myself! I go to a shop that specializes in table tennis for this. Turning someone away and forfeiting €100 or more for new rubbers is strange, unfriendly, and not at all conducive to sales. The racket, by the way, isn't a pre-assembled racket but a high-quality wooden racket with rubbers professionally glued on. Very unfriendly staff, unhelpful, not recommended at all!

I was there half a year ago and bought my first racket and started playing table tennis at the KKC. The salesperson gave me excellent advice, and I was also able to test out rackets and rubbers. In retrospect, everything was perfect, and I'm really enjoying the sport. I'd be happy to come back.

My son and I visited the store for the first time today. There's plenty of parking. We received a warm and friendly welcome. We had small talk, were able to test out the flooring and try on clothes. So far, everything was fine. Now for the annoying part, and the only 3 stars. We bought three discounted items of clothing and two flooring. A pair of shorts that were priced at €10 were suddenly charged €15 without my knowledge. When I asked about it, I received the following response: "They're listed as €15 online. Why are the pants priced at €10 here in the store?" No response. This behavior and the way the customer was treated bothered me for some time...a real shame...

An amazing experience! I had a lot of doubt between rackets and they gave me the opportunity to test litterally every blade i could think of, while having fun in the process. Even though i don't speak german (i'm dutch), they could provide me answers to all sorts of technical questions, as well as give advice based on my play style. Friendly contact and professionalism within table tennis knowledge. Would definitely go back here!
