We were there on Saturday; the store closes at 2 pm, but they took the time to advise us for an extra half hour. Very friendly staff, good advice, and excellent value for money. We're from Hemer. We would definitely come again and can highly recommend the store.

Once a real insider tip, but now only recommended for targeted purchases after thorough price research. Often, goods are less readily available and more expensive than at competitors in the neighboring district of Krefeld. The good thing is that you can see whether the item is available in the online shop, and if the price is right, then buying is always pleasant and straightforward.

The team is simply fantastic! I came into the shop with a problem that isn't part of the team's everyday work. I had a stroke and really wanted to skate with my regular skates, but I can't keep the tension on the top knot. The salesperson disappeared, had obviously thought about the problem, and came back with a strong clamp, which is what you use to sell socks. And what can I say... I can finally skate with my skates again! I can't thank you enough, and it shows how much you care about your customers. Thank you so much!!!!!! 🙏 Nemo
