I've been there quite a few times, although the last time was about four years ago, and I was always very satisfied. This time, after a six-week wait, I went because I wanted to find out where a noise was coming from the rear wheel. They quickly measured the chain and told me the chain and sprocket needed replacing, costing around €120 to €150. I left the bike there. Ten days later, I went back to see if the bike had been repaired. To my surprise, I found nothing had been done, except for a list of defects attached to the bike, detailing the issues and their associated costs. The repair was now supposed to cost €550! One of the defects listed was the brake, which had worked perfectly when I dropped it off, but now there was no brake pressure. When I asked what they had done about it, they told me it was already like that when I dropped it off and that's how it was found during the inspection. I didn't want an inspection, just a new chain and sprocket. Unfortunately, I have to say that I'll never get anything done there again, WHAT A SHAME!!

The work done is generally very good; I have no issues after the repair, and everyone is very friendly. However, the price is a drawback. On the day I dropped off my bike, they gave me a rough estimate of the repair cost, but on the day I picked it up, it was roughly double that! So please be sure of what you're willing to pay beforehand and communicate this in advance. And to the workshop: if you discover during the repair that something needs to be done that will double the price, please call the customer beforehand and inform them. Nevertheless, great work and generally recommendable.

Never again! One star is too much. I had my bike serviced as a precaution. This cost me €200. When I returned from vacation, after two weeks, the battery was dead. After 400 meters, the chain guard fell apart. So I had to ride back home in the rain. No one felt responsible! I made a temporary repair on the way home. I rode 10 kilometers without any battery assistance. When I dropped the bike off, the battery was fully charged. Update: At home, I charged the battery. I discovered that the electronics were no longer working. I took the working bike to the repair shop and got the broken one back. The repair shop doesn't feel responsible! I went to a different repair shop. "They forgot to reinstall a magnetic ring."

Despite being very busy, the staff quickly took a look at the problem with the bike and immediately had a replacement part ready. After 5 minutes, the bike was running perfectly again, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Thank you for the quick and uncomplicated help!

My bike needed quite a bit of work: the rear wheel was out of round, the gears weren't working, the tires were cracked, the grips were broken, etc. Communication was excellent; I was kept informed about everything that needed to be done so I knew what to expect. And it ended up being even cheaper than I had anticipated. Everything was done perfectly. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

After my colleague spoke highly of you, I also took my bike in for repair. All I can say is, he wasn't exaggerating...Spontaneous order acceptance, good and timely processing, and, most importantly for me...a detailed explanation of everything that was done. Simply fantastic! The rehabilitation workshop got my e-trike running smoothly again, even though another workshop had already declared it a write-off. Here, you receive truly honest and fair advice. The work was carried out very cleanly, reliably, and to my complete satisfaction. I sincerely thank Mr. Magon and his excellent team for their outstanding and highly competent work. In the future, I will only have my inspections and repairs done at the rehabilitation workshop.

I always order spare parts for the company there; the prices are very good. Even when I call them privately, they're always very friendly and helpful. Today I was at the workshop again privately. The rear wheel was broken and beyond repair, but they had a suitable one in stock. They immediately transferred the disc brake and cassette from the old wheel so I could take the new one with me right away. Now that's what I call service! It couldn't be better, and I even had a nice chat with one of the employees. You've definitely won me over as a customer.
