If there were more stars, we would give them! Such fantastic service. My bike had an error message and no one could help me. The staff at Fahrradwelt worked tirelessly for days, trying everything they could to fix the problem. Customer service is truly a top priority here!!! Thank you again!

My rear tire was flat. I dropped it off at the shop around 4 pm and picked it up around 5 pm. It couldn't be faster. I'd gladly go back. Thanks!

I'd never had any contact with the shop before, and I didn't buy my bike there either. I had a problem with my lock and wouldn't have been able to get home without help. I called them because I work nearby. I was able to come in the same day and received immediate and uncomplicated assistance. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly. Based on their personal approach and helpfulness, I can only give them 5 stars.

The team is incredibly friendly, takes their time, and provides truly honest and expert advice. You can immediately tell that real cycling enthusiasts are at work here. What I especially appreciated was how they listened to my wishes and needs – it wasn't about trying to sell me just anything, but about finding the right bike for me. After a super thorough consultation, I found my perfect e-bike – and I love it! Even after the purchase, the service was first-class. Minor adjustments were taken care of immediately, and I know I can always come back with any questions. I searched for a long time for a competent bicycle repair shop, and Fahrradwelt Fischeln was definitely worth a try. Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted politely and received expert advice. The owner carried out my repair quickly and professionally. I was able to pick up my bicycle the very next day. The repair was explained to me in detail. In addition, the prices of accessories are very fair. Overall, I can say that they don't try to squeeze you for money, they offer fast repairs and expert advice. Fahrradwelt Fischeln is worth a visit.
