I spontaneously went to Kesseler Vehicles today and also spontaneously bought a Gazelle women's bicycle. Although Mr. Langer had other projects to complete, he was 100% there for me; he even had Mr. Rößner quickly install a front basket for me. Both Mr. Rößner and Mr. Langer were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating! I immediately felt very well taken care of, and I will gladly return if I want to buy a new bike in the future. Thank you very much for the prompt and excellent service. Sincerely, Ralf Peter. I had my 20-year-old Vespa overhauled here. After some initial scheduling difficulties—communication was very slow, and the Vespa was in the workshop for three months—all technical issues were identified and professionally repaired. I'm completely satisfied with the workmanship, and the Vespa runs flawlessly and reliably.

I picked up my e-bike today. It was in for a service and several new parts. Kessler did an excellent job. That's not always the case these days. Friendliness and expertise were top-notch. It can't be my imagination, but my bike rides better than the day it was new. I can highly recommend this company. Many thanks to the mechanics.

Top service! I just took my new Vespa GTS in without an appointment to reattach the fender. The original one wasn't quite tight enough and fell off after just 180 km. That wasn't a problem. I was able to wait for it right away and drive off again after 15 minutes with a new screw, this time firmly tightened. Thanks for that.
