I'd give zero stars if I could. We dropped off two bikes there, and I got my bike back a year ago. He adjusted and tightened everything. In doing so, he overtightened the headset bearings, so now I have to replace them. Less than a month ago, I had to have the arms replaced there. All well and good, but he didn't replace the bottom bracket, so I always had a creaking noise. The same thing happened to my partner. His arms were also replaced, but the bottom bracket wasn't. Same problem. He can't adjust the gears! The gears on both bikes weren't adjusted correctly. The bottom line is, I now have to spend another €200 (I paid €100 to him) so I can ride my bike again this summer. It's simply unacceptable. If you don't know what you're doing, you should stay away from bikes.

Very helpful and competent!! I had a flat tire on my e-bike; the tire burst open on the side while I was out riding. We received immediate help. After a short while, I was able to continue my journey with peace of mind. The shop is also very well-stocked with bikes and bike accessories. I know where I'll go from now on if I have any bike problems. Thank you for the quick help. I was there again today; I needed a new front bike basket. They had one in stock, installed it immediately, and disposed of the old, broken one. Now that's what I call customer service! This will be my go-to shop whenever my bike needs anything.

I was there today. The rear wheel of my mountain bike was wobbling, and they repaired it immediately. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything about it, and I needed a completely new rear wheel, which they did immediately. I waited a total of one hour, and then my bike was fully rideable again. Great service and very friendly. The man knows what he's doing and really knows his stuff. And it's not expensive at all. I can only recommend him.

Top-notch service, I highly recommend it. I took my bike in yesterday afternoon for repairs and was able to pick it up just an hour later! Very competent and extremely friendly staff.

I've already taken my old bike there twice. The repair time is excellent; something longer took a week, and the rear wheel was done within a few hours, so I got it back the same day. Simply fantastic. Absolutely no complaints about the price/performance ratio. Card payments are accepted 👌🏽 I'll definitely go there again. :)

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. When I needed some spare parts for my bicycle, I received excellent advice. They recommended products that offered good value for money. The prices are truly unbeatable. I would highly recommend this shop to any cycling enthusiast.

Great Service My bike was in tip-top condition after just one day, and at a really fair price. They also have everything a cycling enthusiast could desire. I know where to go if my bike starts giving me problems again.

Excellent service; I was able to pick up my bike the same day. It arrived in almost new condition, without any defects. I would definitely use them again!
