I went to Bunert Running Store because I had terrible blisters in my new running shoes, which were only a month old. I had bought them online because they were cheaper there. Then I went to Bunert Running Store because I needed new shoes for my half marathon. I found everything to be incredibly professional and more than satisfactory. You can tell that they're not just in it for the money, but that they bring a real passion for running to their advice. Now I have shoes that fit perfectly, I've incorporated core stability exercises into my training, and I have absolutely no more problems. I'm happy to pay a little more for such excellent service and professional advice from experienced runners.

It is so regrettable that, as a customer, I consciously choose to support you as a brick-and-mortar retailer (as opposed to online retailers), accept the higher price, and then, like other customers here, experience that customer service at well-known online retailers is not only more efficient but also shows goodwill. Regardless of the legal situation (i.e., in the first 12 months after purchase, you as the retailer are obligated to prove the cause of the defect), which you are not fulfilling, as a customer, I expect you to show me goodwill in such a serious defect at this price point. --------- After only three months, my Puma shoes, which I purchased from Bunert for €159.95 after a detailed gait analysis, showed significant defects (see attached pictures). When I personally brought this to the attention of the managing director, he attributed the defects to my "weak core muscles." ...`` ``` ``````````````` ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The managing director is evading the demand from a lawyer to remedy the defect by delivering a replacement (the law states that the retailer must prove the cause of a defect within the first 12 months) and is even claiming that I cut off the material myself. Disappointing!

My visit to Bunert in Krefeld was an entirely positive experience. The consultation was extremely competent, and the salesperson was friendly and patient – ​​a crucial point for me as a beginner runner. At no point did I feel patronized or even ridiculed. On the contrary, they took their time, answered my questions thoroughly, and gave me helpful tips without ever seeming rushed or stressed. What I particularly appreciated was their solution-oriented approach: "This might be a problem, but we'll sort it out." – this attitude is exactly what won me over. Perhaps some might perceive the matter-of-fact, competent tone as aloof – personally, however, I found it perfectly professional and just right. A clear recommendation from me!

I received very friendly service. I then bought some very expensive running shoes and was a bit frustrated when they caused a pressure point after my first run. I went back to the store, and they took my problem very seriously. I was allowed to try out new insoles, which thankfully got rid of the pressure point. They even offered me the option of exchanging the shoes if the problem had persisted. Now I'm running great in my new shoes and looking forward to my next races. I highly recommend this store!

I'm thrilled. I'd been thinking about buying running shoes online. Sure, you can buy almost anything online these days. You read through thousands of forum posts, then order the shoes, and then they don't fit... - returns, etc. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. The advice is highly professional, and they even offer a gait and running analysis, which is credited towards the purchase of a pair of shoes. And of course, the shoes are more expensive than those online, at discount stores, or in sports chains, but anyone who truly values ​​comfort and pain-free running should visit this shop. Besides, we want to support our local businesses, so we should be willing to shop here and pay the prices. I'll definitely be back.
