Everything was perfect! Recommendation for Rückenwind! E-bike inspection, quick and good, everyone very friendly. They contacted me beforehand and told me what needed to be repaired. Great, they didn't just do it! My e-bike is running perfectly again! I can only recommend them! Perhaps there's a small sign at Bruchfeld; I searched for a while because the shop is located in a gymnasium.

Excellent! Mücke's Bicycle Service is highly recommended. Pickup, estimate, and repair were faster and smoother than I've ever experienced. Everything was completed in less than 24 hours – reliable, fair, and customer-friendly. That's exactly what good service should be!

Absolutely perfect service, very good, easy, and above all, very friendly communication. We had two e-bikes picked up for maintenance and to fix a problem. As discussed, the bikes were picked up on time. The bikes were even completed the same business day and could have even been delivered. However, since it wasn't possible to pick up the bikes, they were delivered the next day after a brief consultation. Not only were the bikes properly serviced, they were even cleaned. The problem was also resolved to our complete satisfaction. All the people I contacted were very friendly and professional. I can highly recommend this company to everyone.

It was my first time there. My e-bike had a flat rear tire. I called this morning, dropped off the bike around 10 a.m., and picked it up already repaired by 3 p.m. I've never experienced anything like that before. Whether on the phone or in person: super friendly and competent people. Definitely my first port of call for future advice/repairs. And the price was completely reasonable, too. Thanks again.

I took my bike to the workshop and I'm really impressed. Even though I hadn't specifically asked them to adjust the steering fork play, they did it anyway. I can highly recommend this workshop and I can't understand why there are any negative reviews. It's affordable, inexpensive, and fast, especially since you don't need an appointment. Just drop your bike off and it'll be ready in two or three days. I will definitely recommend them. Thank you so much.

Never again! Unfriendly contact on the phone, poor service, and high prices. There's no value for money here; I had to go back to another workshop, which fixed the problem immediately and at a fair price. The freewheel body was worn out; it should have been noticed during the inspection. According to the other workshop, the tires were poorly mounted, resulting in an imbalance. Mücke didn't offer any repairs? No chance; they turned me down on the phone! I basically paid €200 for an inadequately performed inspection and tire change, including the cost of materials... Actually, there was no confusion here.

This was my first time having a bicycle repaired here, and I got a pretty good impression. Even though the delivered bike was only accepted with reservations due to the brand, I received a friendly promise that they would try to fix the problem described. Since an original spare part for my bike was unavailable, they found a customized, self-made solution for the brake problem, so the bike is now ready for use again. The whole process was quick, too! Thank you very much, and as the saying goes: I'd be happy to come back! PS: Not entirely unimportant: Since this is a commercial area, there are plenty of parking spaces directly at the building and in the surrounding area in case a bike needs to be delivered and/or picked up by car.
