I never thought I'd become a Roland Kaiser fan, but this Roland definitely deserves 5 stars. Email inquiries were answered quickly and thoroughly. My older Lefty fork is working again after the major service, even though another fork service said it was beyond repair. The price was right, and the best part was that they only did and charged for what was necessary to fix the problem.

My 24-year-old Cannondale Headshock Ultra with short travel worked perfectly again after the service. Roland even installed a new fork gaiter. Excellent communication, punctual, high-quality work at a fair price! Highly recommended!

After a great season at the bike park and on my local trails, I had my Rockshox Lyrik RC and Rockshox Vivid Air R2C serviced. After the service, when I reinstalled both and took them for my first ride, I realized how much performance I'd lost over time. Everything's bouncy again. Roland delivered a flawless performance. And then, it was a really friendly interaction, including some nice small talk about bike parks. I already know where I'll be getting my components serviced in the future!

Roland's service was very friendly and competent. I took my Lefty Speed ​​fork here for Headshok service. It's one of the few Headshok workshops that offers affordable service and doesn't require sending in the entire bike. My Lefty has never worked better. They even included a protective cap for the fork leg to safeguard the valve. I highly recommend Roland and will definitely have my next Headshok service done here again. It couldn't be simpler!

I already had my fork and shock serviced by Roland, and he performed the 50-hour service on both, increasing the fork travel from 150mm to 160mm. He did a fantastic job and was incredibly fast; I got both parts back from him in perfect condition in less than a week. (Elsewhere, I would have had to wait at least six weeks.) He also kept me updated on the progress, and he's a really nice guy. So, he's definitely gained another regular customer. Keep up the good work, Roland! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
