...I'm always completely satisfied with the bike station. I'm a long-distance commuter and glad this option exists. The employees are friendly and courteous. Repairs so far have been carried out affordably and reliably. So, nothing to complain about and 5 stars.

A friendly, always very courteous team greets me in the morning and bids me an equally friendly farewell at the end of the day. I'm glad I can park my bike there safely; I think it's great that this station exists, including the workshop, where I even had a hole in my inner tube patched on the spot. Of course, that can't always be fixed immediately, but I was lucky :) Thanks to all the employees!

A secure parking space with friendly and reliable staff. For me as a rail commuter, it's become an indispensable addition to my mobility. The bike station is a real morning stress reliever that I wouldn't want to miss. I also have nothing but positive things to say about the integrated bike repair shop. 5 stars!

I wanted the front tire changed. For health reasons, I rely on my bicycle. Although a number of people were present, and no bicycles...

Please understand: Not all employees are allowed to perform repairs at the bike station – for safety and liability reasons, only the workshop staff are allowed to do so. Without an appointment, we can only accept walk-in repairs if capacity is available.<br><br>Do you think a 1-star rating is appropriate for the fact that a repair couldn't be completed immediately without an appointment? I paid over €200 to have the chain and cassette replaced and to get a new fork (a simple, rigid one, mind you). When I picked it up, one tire was barely inflated; it was subsequently inflated, but it already looks bad. The gears shift well, but the fork is a major problem: the front wheel wasn't installed properly, and the hydraulic brakes are poorly adjusted (they need topping up the oil? I'm a layman and expect professionals to point out what else might be needed, and even if it's just topping up the brake fluid, they should do it right away at that price...). I'll definitely have to get it checked out at another shop. (The brakes are rubbing against the rim in places.) Most importantly, there's play in the fork's connection to the frame, and the bike vibrates when braking. I have a lot more to criticize, but I think this gives a good overview. The front wheel wasn't mounted correctly, and the brakes are jerky. My conclusion: €200+ is a lot of money. I left my bike there for several days (I wasn't in a hurry, as I have a spare bike); I thought I'd get a "worry-free package" for that price, but that wasn't the case. Therefore: This workshop might be okay for minor repairs, but for larger, more complicated ones, I definitely recommend finding another one!

I don't even know what to write without being insulting. I dropped my bike off there for an inspection (free cleaning). The cost was €29.50. Okay, good value for money. But what happened next was a real shocker! I was told that on a trekking bike that's less than a year old, the chain, cassette, bottom bracket, and headset needed replacing. Me, who doesn't know anything about bikes, I was shocked to find it costing almost €200. Fine, I had it done; I need my bike. When I picked it up, I noticed that the bike hadn't been cleaned. I pointed this out to the man, who said, "Oh, just leave it here and we'll take care of it." "No, sorry, I need my bike," I said. Then there was my gear shifter, which was actually the main reason I went there in the first place. He said he'd adjust it for me. Well, what can I say? Of course, he couldn't do it. I'm furious! I spend so much money, and then things aren't done properly, or at least not properly. Grade 6 Never again a bike station!

More than satisfied! The bike can be stored safely, which is much safer, especially near the train station, than simply chaining it to a lamppost. The service, which was inexpensive, was also more than excellent! I had problems with the brakes and my chain. In the end, my bike was as good as new. The people who work there are very friendly. Thank you!

Now that's what I call a service that's truly second to none. No matter what problem you have with your bike, you'll get fast and professional help here. Whether you need air in your tires, or your brakes or gears adjusted. Friendly staff completes the service. That's why 👍👍👍

I took my bike in for repairs. The gentlemen were friendly, competent, and kept me updated. The prices are reasonable. They also performed an inspection right away and, since I didn't have one, showed me my frame number. All in all, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend the service.
