I was very surprised. Good equipment at good prices. Excellent and friendly service, plus free tips based on their own travel experiences. The shop currently looks a bit chaotic due to water damage that's being repaired. We were informed upon arrival that the tradespeople are currently experiencing long lead times, but that they definitely won't be closing. All in all, despite the water damage and construction, it was a really good shopping experience!

Excellent (international) customer service and quality product. I Ordered wrong size sleeping bag, it recieved very Quick response on saterday afternoon. No problem in returning and expacting the right size I learned.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this online purchase. The seller is difficult, if not impossible, to reach. I ordered ultralight mittens. This was also stated on the invoice (item ID), but I received fingerless gloves, gloves that, according to their website, they don't even carry. Disappointing... when you order specialized gear, you don't want to receive something else.

Unpleasant experience over online purchase. Poor customer support. Extremely hard to contact them, after many email and phone retries. At one point I thought it was a fake website and searched for them on Google Maps. Didn't pay attention to the shipping info. No resolution of problem at the end. Just long waiting time and frustration. The only plus is that they talk politely, but what's the point I ask?

The best service ever. I ordered a tent pole before realizing that it was not in stock, which meant that I would have to wait more days than I had time for before my next trip. When sending a cancellation mail the staff returned with an offer to ship me the pole in another, lighter material instead.
