Honest and fair advice. The seller also offers professional flocking services for T-shirts, jerseys, and more. Whether it's club names, back numbers, or custom logos, the quality is outstanding, and the flocking is clean and durable. I've been buying from him for a year now. Highly recommended.

I've been shopping here for myself and my three boys for years. The service is fantastic. There have even been days when we didn't buy any shoes. That was because the owner advised against it, as the shoes really didn't fit (children sometimes have a different opinion), but here, over 20 years of experience speak for themselves. And the owner was right. Here, they don't just want to make a sale, they want satisfied customers! And we are! We'll be back!!

We'll definitely be back because the salesperson takes a lot of time to understand our needs. He examines the player's foot, makes suggestions, and even checks how much space there is in the shoe. He's happy to provide information over the phone or call back.

I bought a pair of Nike soccer cleats two weeks ago. The glue on the front came off, and I wanted to return it. They wouldn't accept a return or exchange it. Not recommended

Extremely unfriendly! I called to inquire about an item and the price so I wouldn't have to visit every store in the area. A gentleman answered, and his greeting was quite rude. "Well, okay, I didn't want to be like that, so I asked if my item was available." He confirmed it was, and when I wanted to ask about the price so I could drive there and pick it up, he said, "I'm serving here. I can't say anything about it right now, just come in and see for yourself." And without further ado, the phone hung up. I'm from customer service myself and know what's important in customer service. I mean, if you can't answer the phone, you don't answer or say yes. For specific questions, I would offer them a call back right away, so we can talk in peace. In the end, it wasn't about a specific item; I just wanted to know the price.

The shop was recommended to me by a teammate. What I liked best was the advice, which wasn't profit-driven for a second. They also offered more affordable models. The main thing was that the customer found the perfect football boot. I also liked the wide selection. Since I have very wide feet, my choices were usually limited in previous sports shops. Here, however, the salesperson immediately presented me with four different models made of different, slightly flexible materials (leather and synthetic), and I was spoiled for choice. Very satisfied! I'll definitely be back! With my new boots, I'm going to take on the Kreisliga C (lowest division)! P.S.: Football boots should always be bought in-store and not online. Every model can fit differently due to the material, cut, and individual foot shape!

After some honest, good advice, I decided not to buy any shoes in the store. The salesperson then became slightly aggressive and told us that since we already knew we weren't going to buy the shoes, we shouldn't come into his store. Then he told us to leave and that we didn't need to come back.
