Hartmut Oehmen and his team are unparalleled in the region in their incompetence and audacity. Large orders were processed incorrectly or not at all for months, prompting us to declare default and withdraw from the contract. Then, despite having delivered nothing, they even had the nerve to send us a payment reminder. That takes a lot of nerve!

Opening hours don't match. They open and close at random. Service is very poor.

According to the website, the store is open until 6:30 pm on Tuesdays. However, at 4:45 pm we found the door locked!

I would give zero stars if I could. The seller was extremely unfriendly and unable to offer any helpful advice. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything there. Returns are apparently not accepted; after you've paid and changed your mind, it's unfortunately too late – the money is gone and never comes back.
