Wow! I called on Saturday afternoon, dropped off the bike, and picked it up again in the evening. Dad and Junior can go back to the bike park. Thanks also for the great tips and the extra check-up. Service at its best.

This great service deserves more than 5 stars! I dropped off the bike in the morning and picked it up the same day. The bike rides like it did on the first day :-) I use my bike every day and can only say THANK YOU! If anything happens with my bike again, I know where to go ;)

Excellent service and expert advice. My Stella e-bike rides like new. During the inspection, all the screws were tightened and everything was greased. And the price is totally fair. 80 euros is definitely worth it. Thank you! 👍

A reliable bike shop with incredibly friendly staff. I had a Specialized bike that no other bike shop wanted to repair. Here, it was no problem at all, and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off!

Appointment made. Dropping off the bike. Two days later I was able to pick it up again. Mr. Havermann knows his stuff. The price for the service is absolutely justified. Would gladly use his services again!

Mr. Havermann comes highly recommended. He addresses his customers' problems individually, and if there's no off-the-shelf solution (a spare part is no longer available), he simply builds something himself. Since Mr. Havermann doesn't have fixed opening hours, scheduling an appointment, for example via WhatsApp or phone, is necessary. A clear advantage is that you can find out directly on the phone when you can bring your bike in and how long it will take. The price-performance ratio is absolutely balanced. Not only is the quality of the repair excellent, but so is the quality of the workmanship. You quickly realize that Mr. Havermann is a skilled professional and practices his trade with great enthusiasm and experience. The fact that you can pay not only in cash but also by card or PayPal further enhances the service. For me, no other bicycle repair shop will do. A real asset to Oppum and beyond.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, it's about time. Mr. Havermann's service is absolutely outstanding. I can tell he's experienced and I get the feeling he's giving 110% to help me. His personal tips and experiences have been incredibly helpful, and despite recurring problems (my fault!), I've always received super-fast support. Thank you! I'll definitely be back ;)
