Excellent service at this dealership. Communication was outstanding, service was top-notch, and the loaner car was warm and ready with the engine running. They even scraped the ice off my windshield when I picked up my car. Other dealerships could learn a thing or two from them.

After some unpleasant experiences with used car dealers, my contact with Mr. Dahmen was refreshingly trustworthy, friendly, and professional. Since I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, but desperately needed one, I had to rely on my gut feeling, and I had a very good feeling about Autohaus Dahmen from the very first phone call! Very good auto repair shop. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the sales/purchase options. The staff listens to customer requests and handles them satisfactorily. I can only recommend them.....👍👍👍👍👍👍

I had a service and MOT done there. Everything was great. Scheduling an appointment was easy, they kept to the agreed timeframe, and there were no extra charges for things like windshield washer fluid. The price of the engine oil was also reasonable. A nice, small, and fair car dealership.

We bought a used car there two weeks ago. It all started on their website. We found a car that really appealed to us. We thought, why not go and take a look? I'm usually a bit wary of car dealerships because they often act like you're not welcome. I've experienced that so many times. But this dealership seems to be from another planet. We hadn't been on the lot for five minutes when the mechanic came over and asked if we could help. He even opened the car for us. That way, we could take a good look inside. Then he said, "Just a moment, the sales colleague will be with you right away." Fantastic! The way we were treated was simply superb. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied. I'm so impressed by the friendliness and the way they treated us. That's how I wish it were everywhere. I will definitely recommend this dealership. Because here, the customer is more than just a customer. Please stay just the way you are. Thanks again! 👍 Best regards to the whole team. We'll be back!

Very friendly staff. Always helpful and never in a bad mood. Superb service! The purchase of our new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross was handled to our complete satisfaction by Mr. Dominik Zens, and nothing was left to be desired. We buy a car here, we call them before we leave two ask if they recieve the money, they told us two call back later after 10 minutes. We call them again this time they say call back again 20 minuten. Please check the cars outsite olso because its not clean you dont see any damage outside. The seller like a good guy, but unfortunately they dont speak english.
