I visited the Intersport store in Langenfeld today, having had a less than positive experience at another branch. I was all the more pleasantly surprised here. Even on the phone, I received very friendly advice. The employee was incredibly kind and immediately explained that I was welcome to come in for a gait analysis. In the store itself, I received an equally warm welcome. The staff took their time, conducted a thorough gait analysis with me, and then provided me with expert advice on running shoes. It was clear that they value good customer service and satisfaction. Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience. This is exactly how you expect advice from a sports retailer. Highly recommended!

I was looking for shoes for longer hikes on less challenging terrain. Sebastian took the consultation very seriously throughout and did everything he could to find the right shoe for me. After looking at numerous different models, brands, and categories of shoes, we finally found the perfect pair. Definitely recommended if you want expert advice and a wide selection.

On Tuesday, I bought new running shoes from ASICS and Brooks for myself and my son, and I'm thrilled! The service was excellent—my feet were professionally measured, and I was able to try on different models. I especially loved the running track with the "Langenfelder Berg," an artificial hill in the store where I could test the shoes. The service was thoroughly competent and friendly, and they even treated my runny nose. I've already been for a run—the shoes are simply fantastic! Highly recommended!

What fantastic advice and helpfulness! My son needed sneakers for school and Sebastian provided excellent service, offering very patient and respectful advice, and now he has the perfect shoes. A lady was incredibly kind and helpful in helping me choose hiking clothes! The selection is vast, and such helpful staff are rare these days.

I just bought a pair of hiking boots for winter and bad weather. I've rarely experienced such detailed, friendly, expert, and impartial advice as I received today. The other employees are also very friendly. Everyone makes an effort to find a solution, which almost always works, not just today. Highly recommended.

It was absolutely fantastic! I was planning to buy something and, thanks to the excellent advice of Mr. Sebastian Kadel (I hope I remembered his name correctly), he pointed me to a pre-Christmas promotion that made the purchase more affordable, allowing me to buy a more suitable product for less money. That's the kind of service I like! I was treated like a valued customer, asked questions about my intended use (no, I didn't buy an axe!), and was then recommended a product more suited to my needs. Thanks to the discount, I also bought three other items, making it the "bargain of the year" before Christmas. I came back the very next day, and they even helped me load the items into my car. That's superb service! 5 stars absolutely deserved.
