Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Despite being reported within the warranty period, my complaints (rain cover and gear shifter) were delayed for weeks and ultimately dismissed as "wear and tear." Orange Fahrrad would have sent me a new cover, but only if I sent the defective part in advance at my own expense. In the end, I received the rain cover not through the dealer, but directly from Urban Arrow+ quickly and easily. For a bicycle in this price range, I expect significantly better service.
