I'm extremely satisfied! I just picked up my Cube e-bike. I had it serviced at veloworkX to replace all the wear parts, including the chain, sprockets, brake pads, gears, and tires. My bike is like new and rides perfectly. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop!

This shop is fantastic! I arrived at 12:59 even though they close at 1 p.m. and asked if it would be possible to quickly check my bike, as I'd suddenly lost my pedals while out riding. The friendly man looked at the bike, screwed on a new pedal, and saved my day! He was incredibly kind, I highly recommend him!

Since I couldn't get a response via email or reach anyone by phone, I went there in person during opening hours. The entrance door was open, but there was a sign on the window saying it was closed and they didn't accept bicycles for repair. It's a shame. There's no notice by email or on the website. I could have spent my time elsewhere. So a little tip: check with other providers directly; time is more important.

Yes, that's a real shame from my side too. It's possible I didn't turn the OPEN/CLOSED sign in time.<br><br>My tip: if the door is already open, just go in and ask. Even though I'm currently not accepting any new customers, I can usually offer a solution – although it might involve a longer wait.

I called on Thursday about a necessary repair and was told I should bring my bike in the following week. I did so, and then they told me I could take the bike back and wouldn't need to come back for another 1.5 months because they were fully booked until then. Why on earth did I call ahead?

That's right, I'm fully booked until the end of September. I would have squeezed them in anyway to help them out. They should have just told me that we'd spoken on the phone and that I wanted to fit their bike in even without a fixed appointment. Sorry, but bad luck ;-(

Mr. Kaußen repaired my malfunctioning gear shifter in just a few minutes, even though he didn't really have the time. Many thanks again! The bike is running like a dream again! And if anything else breaks, I'll gladly come back!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Veloworkx, and I always do so with my friends. Whether it was for a new purchase, or for maintenance and repairs of our Urban Arrow cargo bike, they were always the perfect place to go. Frank is incredibly knowledgeable about all the technical details and has a comprehensive overview of the product range. Their selection is limited, but they exclusively offer a high-quality assortment of bikes and components. The prices are absolutely fair, and they often give discounts to regular customers. A fantastic shop that we hope will be around for a long time to come.

Mr. Kaußen serviced my e-bike quickly, checking all the important parts and replacing any that weren't needed. Everything is in excellent condition again. The price was right! He was also very friendly and reliable. I'll definitely be going there again in the future!

I only have two bike shops I trust, and Mr. Kaußen from Veloworkx is one of them. Excellent service; you feel well taken care of from the start. The relaxed atmosphere is simply indescribable. And he doesn't just carry standard bikes, but also Ginkgo Bikes 😍. Highly recommended. He also provides support over the phone if you have any problems. Absolutely top-notch, highly recommended.

Very friendly and extremely helpful. The repair was quick and completed on the agreed date. Here you still get tips and competent help from a specialist and receive personal attention. It's great that there are still bike shops like this where you're valued as a customer and leave with a good feeling...and are happy to come back.

A very good and competent bicycle repair shop! Mr. Kaußen always strives to accommodate individual customer requests. Here, expertise and competence are combined. You're not pressured into anything; the customer and their needs are the focus. I give it a full five stars! A very satisfied customer!
