I bought two e-bikes for my wife and myself and am thrilled with the professional advice and service. Mr. Gümüs, Mr. Prinz's employee, did an outstanding job; I felt very comfortable as a customer from the very beginning. Even the owner himself contributed his expertise during the installation of the bike rack. I can only say, chapeau! A fantastic company, and I highly recommend them.

Friendly contact on the phone and uncomplicated and transparent processing after purchase (through personalized emails regarding the status). The bicycle was well packaged and shipped quickly; I would gladly buy from them again.

I selected a bike here and am absolutely thrilled! From the initial greeting to the handover, Mr. Gümüş's advice was absolutely flawless – competent, friendly, and very professional. I particularly like the meticulous attention to detail during the needs analysis. The overall utility factor was taken into account, so that despite the large selection of different models, targeted questions helped me find the bike that perfectly suited my needs. Everything was great! Good advice, quick help, good prices, and a reasonable selection of bikes on site. I was able to pick up my bike, ready to ride, on the same day I bought it. Workshop appointments (I'm due for my 500-mile inspection) are also available promptly. I'd be happy to come back anytime!

Highly recommended! We visited Fahrrad Prinz today for the first time on a recommendation. We were on a bike holiday when one of the outer tubes was about to blow up due to a rapidly growing bulge. Fahrradcenter Prinz was one of the nearest bike shops at that moment. We arrived just before they closed but they did not hesitate to help us right away. Thanks to them we could safely continue our ride!

My girlfriend has an issue with tailbone pain on longer bike rides. After getting a tip about saddles from SQ-Lab, we rode over to Fahrradcenter Prinz. After a short wait to talk with their saddle expert, we had a truly 1st class consultation. After measuring the distance between our “sit bones” (ischial tuberosity), he recommended appropriately sized saddles from SQ-Labs and also installed/adjusted them for us. He took plenty of time explaining the relevant anatomy and how the saddle is designed to prevent pain/offer the most comfortable ride. To top it all off, we had a very pleasant chat while he did the work. Great experience all around.

Very good
