I tried several bikes, and they all had a defect. I went back a few days later, but the owner couldn't recall any agreement to repair them. I wouldn't recommend buying a bike there. Regarding the owner's response, I can only say that he certainly wasn't referring to me. He was talking about a male customer.

This customer had a defect. He tripped in the store, injured an employee, and damaged a bike. Then he stormed off with a good bike. We've never had an incident like this before.

After purchasing a bicycle, I discovered a defect that could potentially lead to significant repair costs in the foreseeable future. I wanted to exchange the bike the very next day, but this was refused. Furthermore, they consistently refused to issue a receipt. In conclusion, they offer a few cheap used bikes, but the service is either nonexistent or extremely poor, and any issues are met with utter rudeness. If you're looking for a cheap bike for occasional use, the shop is fine, but don't expect any service or assistance if problems arise.

I had my e-bike coded on August 14, 2021, and was extremely satisfied. There was no waiting time, and the process was quick and efficient. Highly recommended.
