We brought our company-leased bikes in for a check-up. The team is simply fantastic. Excellent advice, friendly, helpful, and competent. The billing with Bikeleasing (we have wear and tear insurance) was straightforward, which isn't always the case. In short, the trip from Langenfeld was well worth it. We highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back.

A really friendly and fair service. I had my bike in for a service and received excellent advice. No unnecessary work was charged when it turned out the wear and tear was less than initially thought. I'd gladly use them again :)

I've never experienced such blatant rudeness. My father wanted to get his bicycle repaired (the gears were broken). At Hiro's, they told him the entire rear wheel, including the gear system, would need to be replaced... estimated cost: 800 euros. They suggested he could just buy a new bike on the spot, since it wouldn't be financially worthwhile. Luckily, he didn't decide to do that right then and there! Using YouTube, I got his supposedly completely broken gears working again in 5 minutes. It turned out to be just a loose cable from the shifter on the handlebars. It seems they like to rip off older people here! Never again! UPDATE: Nice try at simply claiming my father wasn't there. How about providing proper service instead of these pathetic attempts to shift the blame for their own incompetence?

I had the impression that my warranty claims were not taken seriously. Furthermore, despite the warranty, I was charged a fee for the inspection, and the defect still exists. After my initial review, I received a registered letter demanding that I delete it…

A very nice, friendly, and competent team. I brought my gravel bike to the workshop because the gears needed to be adjusted. I got an appointment quickly. After two days in the workshop, I was able to pick up the bike. The gears were perfectly adjusted, and now riding is fun again. The price is also great. I would like to thank the entire team. I will continue to take my bike there. I can highly recommend the workshop and the shop.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this shop! The entire team is consistently very competent and super friendly. You always receive fast and professional service. What was particularly impressive was that the parts I ordered for my full suspension bike were installed right away, without a long wait. I'd give them even more stars if I could! Highly recommended! And once again, a huge thank you to Mr. Hinkens.
