I came to this store from Snipes across the street, where I received very attentive and friendly service. It was a world of difference. The employees were talking amongst themselves, shouting and yelling like they were in a pub. I interrupted them because I wanted to try on a particular shoe in my size. It was brought to me without a word, without even opening the shoe or loosening the laces; the paper gusset was left in place. And then the employee was gone. I tried it on. It didn't fit. The employee didn't care, though, because they weren't there anyway. But I left as quickly as possible. Never again. If only Snipes will do.

Worst customer service ever!!! My daughter received a prepaid card as a gift. After some time, it became invalid, but we were promised that customer service would replace the card with a new one. It took a full three months, eight calls, and a dozen emails, none of which were answered, along with countless promises like "I'll forward this immediately," before JD actually managed to send us a replacement prepaid card. One day later, we had the card checked in-store: everything was fine, there was credit on it. A week later, my daughter was in the store and wanted to pay with the card, and suddenly the card was empty! According to customer service, the card had been used four days previously, even though it was/is at our house and verifiably no one was in the store at the time mentioned, especially since the store wasn't even open at that time. All further attempts to contact customer service were dismissed: "If I lost the card or it was stolen, JD couldn't do anything; that would be my problem." But we neither lost the card nor was it stolen; we still have it. And this card can't be used online. So either this is a mistake on JD's part, or the store employees cheated/stole from us!

Hi everyone, I wanted to buy some Nike shoes yesterday. I asked the employee if they had size 43. He took the shoes on the wall for me to try on, then went to the other shoes and said, "Here you go." One of the shoes was slightly torn, and I said, "Here," to a girl, "please bring me another pair of shoes, the ones in the box are torn." She told me the shoes were all like that from production and didn't offer me any other options. Then I went to the other store next door and bought them. The employees there were unfriendly, especially the girls.

I really wanted to buy some Sambas, but unfortunately, I was completely ignored by the three employees who preferred to stand in the corner and have private conversations. So I ordered online and saved another €20.

The employee made me so angry that I left the Adidas Campus shoes behind. Why? There was only one person ahead of me. After waiting 10 minutes and they still hadn't rung up my order, I asked if they could please open another register. First, the other customer was rude to me, and then the cashier joined in, making a rude comment. So I put the shoes back. There are plenty of other places where I can spend my money.
