Super friendly service! Just before closing time, the shop even got me a new inner tube and left it at the ice cream parlor 😄. I was simply allowed to drop the €10 in the mailbox – incredibly trustworthy and hassle-free. Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend them! 🚲💪

They were immediately helpful and passionate about their work. For example, I took my bike there because of a broken kickstand. It was fixed within 20 minutes, and they also found that the quick-release lever on my seatpost was missing, so they simply added it and installed it at no extra cost. I would gladly use their services again.

If someone doesn’t speak German fluently and needs help, does that mean they should stay away from your shop? When a person enters your store, they deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of their language skills. Speaking to customers in a rude or dismissive way is not acceptable, under any circumstances.

Best bike shop in Leverkusen! Great prices and a quick fix for my bike problem. Courteous and without an appointment, they immediately took the time to help me. The customer is still top priority here, even if they didn't buy the bike there. The new helmet fits, and the new bike pump works better than the old one ;) Thanks 🙏
