In August 2024, I purchased a pair of gloves from the MYFIT24 store in Leverkusen, which were defective after only five months. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The employee referred me to the manufacturer, even though the retailer is responsible for warranty claims according to Sections 437 and 439 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Instead of offering a solution, I was accused of wearing out the gloves. The communication was unprofessional. The employee stated that the warranty only applies to MYFIT24's own products. For all other products, the buyer is on their own and only has a 30-day right of withdrawal from MyFit24. However, this only applies to purchases made from November 2024 onwards, as she only started working at MyFit24 in Leverkusen at that time. She cannot comment on any other purchases that were not personally made by her, even with a receipt. Empathy, sensitivity to customers, and customer loyalty are unfortunately nonexistent in this store. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and shows that the Leverkusen store desperately needs improvements in customer service and professionalism. People unfamiliar with sales law can easily be misled about their rights. I would therefore recommend the online store instead.

I've never written a review before, but I need to warn others about this store. It was a complete disappointment. The strange employee was so unfriendly and incompetent that I wondered if he'd ever even heard of the products he was selling. The selection was also very limited, and the prices were far too high. I felt like I'd simply wasted my money. I will never set foot in that store again. It was a total waste of time, and I advise everyone against shopping there. They'll just rip you off.

The store manager was incredibly rude. After we asked two or three questions about a product, he told us at the checkout in an outrageous tone, "Are you only buying €20.00 and asking so many questions?!" A very provocative employee; apparently, this has happened to several other customers as well.

Great team, and in my opinion, very competent, honest, and friendly. I can't understand the negative reviews at all—I shop there regularly and always feel comfortable. It's clean, tidy, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely 5 stars!

I received excellent advice; they were very friendly and immediately welcomed me, explaining everything. Great shop, great products – in my case, the Clear powders – a fantastic recommendation, and I found them very tasty and a welcome change. Thank you, I will definitely come back if needed.

Great store in the basement of the Rathaus-Galerie shopping center. The product selection is excellent. The store is tidy and clean. Every employee I've spoken to has provided me with excellent advice. They've always addressed my needs and questions, recommending or not recommending appropriate products depending on my current training stage. If a product isn't in stock, you can order it in-store and have it conveniently delivered to your home.

We received excellent advice on the products here. Personally, I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of the differences between the various manufacturers, but that's just my personality. However, everything was explained very well, and the staff took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel like we were being a nuisance. I'd much rather go here and get proper advice before ordering anything online.
