Our two (non-pre-owned) e-bikes had problems with the gears. On one, the gears even broke off completely. We took the bikes to Veloland's workshop. The gears had to be ordered. Both bikes were repaired immediately after delivery. Since we're going on vacation next week, this was very important for us. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Many thanks to the workshop! 👍🏼

Excellent service! I've been coming from out of town for years because of this. When it comes to repairs, the customer, the solution, and quality are the focus, not maximizing the bill. Highly recommended.

Yesterday we took our youngest to buy his first bike. We received excellent advice and the staff member took plenty of time for us. We especially appreciated that he listened to our child's wishes and went out of his way to find a green bike. We highly recommend this shop! 😊

My wife and I purchased two high-quality e-bikes from Veloland in February 2026 and received excellent service from the staff. This included technical and ergonomic support as well as the fulfillment of our special requests. We were also given ample time to make our decision and compare the bikes with other providers. Test rides were conducted in the large, on-site parking lot. We were also able to successfully negotiate the purchase price, having been well-prepared. We wholeheartedly recommend Veloland Mittelstädt Leverkusen for anyone buying a bicycle.

I can highly recommend Veloland Mittelstädt. They have a great selection and a friendly team who are always happy to advise you. I've now bought my fifth bicycle from Radsport Mittelstädt, now Veloland, including two e-bikes. The negotiations were fair and customer-oriented. The workshop service was always transparent and prompt. When there was a problem, they were very accommodating and resolved it. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. That's what strengthens long-term customer loyalty.

Where do I even begin...? Well, originally I wanted to get my 14-year-old daughter's four-year-old mountain bike repaired at a shop in Burscheid (where we also bought it for €499). New tires, because the old one was worn down, chain checked, a general inspection... they calculated the work and came to an estimate of €380! 🤯 My jaw nearly dropped. As a gesture of goodwill, they reduced the inspection costs a bit, bringing the total to €325. For a regular mountain bike, NOT an e-bike... That's like charging €12,000 for a service on a €20,000 car. Unbelievable! So I packed the bike up again and drove to Veloland in Leverkusen. I received a very friendly welcome, they calculated the estimate, and we arrived at a price of €140. That was much more realistic and fair. At my request, they also installed a new, longer seat post and a new kickstand. I was able to pick up my bike the very next day. Two years ago, I dropped my bike off for a new handlebar. I wasn't even home when I got a text saying my bike was ready. SO, 1000% recommended!!!! The selection of bikes is fantastic too!

I can highly recommend Veloland Mittelstädt! The service was excellent. When my wife realized during our first bike ride that gears would have been better (as the salesperson had previously advised), the bike was quickly and easily exchanged for a model with gears – and we were able to continue our ride immediately. Such uncomplicated and friendly customer service is rare these days. We will definitely buy our next bikes here again! Best regards, Bernhard

Top service at Veloland – professional and fast! I am absolutely satisfied with the team and service at Veloland Mittelstädt! The entire process, from the first contact to picking up my new bike, was excellent. The advice was extremely professional and competent – they really took their time to find the perfect bike for me. Everything was well organized, and the bike was handed over to me in perfect condition. Perfect service over the past 5 years since my purchase, plus a loaner bike was provided upon request. Repair processing time never exceeds 48 hours. I highly recommend Veloland Mittelstädt if you are looking for a reliable and fast bike dealer. Thank you for the great service!
