It doesn't get any better than this! We bought an e-bike for my wife a while ago, and now I've got my company bike here. A few questions on the phone, an appointment made, three bikes specially prepared for me to test ride (after body measurements and adjustments), and the perfect bike was right there. Ordered, ready a few days later, picked up, happy! The advice and service are simply top-notch; we'll definitely be back. Especially compared to the XXL competition, they're light years ahead.

We bought a cargo bike here at a very fair price. After excellent advice, additional accessories were fitted at the same time, so we were able to take the bike home with us on the same visit – even on a Friday evening! Thanks to the team and the mechanics. Top shop!

Super professional advice 😀..Markus took a lot of time for me. The measurement for the perfect bike setup, including the saddle measurement, was incredibly interesting. The delivery of the bike and the quick processing of the leasing contract were fantastic. The bike shop not only shines with its professional advice, but also with its friendly and welcoming manner. My bike was even delivered to my home, where everything was explained in detail. I highly recommend 2Rad-Service Aggertal to everyone!

Amazing professional advice! 😀 Markus took a lot of time for me. Especially considering my height of 1.55 meters (5'1"), Markus showed me many options and solutions that I hadn't encountered in any other bike shop. The fitting process for the perfect bike adjustment, including saddle measurement, was incredibly helpful. I even got a different handlebar and ergonomic grips due to my back and neck problems. The bike delivery and the quick processing of the lease agreement were fantastic. The bike shop not only shines with its professional advice but also with its friendly and welcoming service. My bike was even delivered to my home, where everything was explained in detail. I highly recommend 2Rad-Service Aggertal to everyone!

We found the shop through online research because we were looking to buy e-bikes for the first time. I quickly booked an appointment for my husband and me and filled out the required questionnaire. The day before the appointment, Olympia contacted us personally to clarify a few questions. The day of the appointment arrived: Olympia and her husband were very friendly, customer-oriented, and extremely well-prepared. We were measured, received clear and easy-to-understand information, and then—already prepared—were each presented with two bikes that suited us. After a short but sufficient briefing, we had the opportunity to take a test ride. Since the local mountain is located opposite the shop, we were able to test different terrains. Although we made our decision quickly, we could have also tested other bikes. On the day of pickup, everything was perfectly prepared again, including the sign that read: "I am your new bike." Olympia kindly extended the shop's opening hours for us that day, as we hadn't been able to make it earlier due to work commitments. The handover was, once again, very clear and personal. Equipped with everything we needed, including a small bottle of sparkling wine and a warm farewell, we then cycled home on our new bikes. In conclusion: A specialist shop with very dedicated, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly staff. The selection of bicycles and related equipment is excellent and of high quality. We were truly delighted to have discovered this shop. A big thank you to Olympia and the team. We're already looking forward to the first minor service soon.

Both consultations were very professional and tailored to our individual needs, and Markus dedicated a significant amount of time to each of us. I found 2Rad-Service Aggertal through classified ads and was able to easily schedule an appointment to test drive a new Urban Arrow Family. Upon arrival in the beautiful Aggertal valley, I received very competent advice, especially regarding an appropriate seating position for very tall people. All questions, whether about mechanics, electronic details, or possible software integrations for the cargo bike, were answered competently. I am impressed by the friendliness and competence. I also liked the very tidy, open workshop. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
