Mr. Kasper helped me find an e-mountain bike for another customer. I'm very satisfied! He did a great job of finding it, completed the repairs quickly, and explained everything clearly. I'll definitely be going back to him for the next service.

I have no experience with this dealer because he simply refused to repair my e-bike. Well, thank goodness there are other dealers in Lüdenscheid, and they repaired my e-bike immediately. I'm not paying any attention to your reply. Personally, I don't consider you a service provider who refuses to repair anything and probably didn't want to make any money. At the other dealer, I had the entire gear system replaced and a complete new brake system installed. It's a shame they made that money, but apparently, they have enough customers and aren't interested in new ones. Best regards.

I'm so happy with my bike! Mr. Kasper got me and my bike working together in seconds. I can always ask questions, even if I'm just too clueless to turn on the light 🙈 My little frog and I are in good hands ☺️

Very friendly and competent advice. The owner is very helpful and communicates clearly about the best time to come in if something comes up. I'm still happy with my purchase there and will contact him again for any future needs :) Keep it up :)
