At first, you think you're getting good advice! However, this impression changes very quickly! They convey a sense of expertise, which unfortunately isn't there. Very poor quality, despite the high prices. After just one use, the shoes are already broken and the soles are coming off the shoes. When I want to exchange them, the owner acts as if it was my fault. I specifically went to this store to support them and not order online! A complete mistake and a waste of time! I strongly advise everyone not to go here! Unfriendly/arrogant and inaccurate advice!

My friends and I had eight jerseys customized with flocking. The owner, who advised us, was incredibly friendly and patient. Now, to the reason I decided to take the time to write a review. He didn't just take our requests; he actively contributed ideas to our project and made suggestions that were, admittedly, incredibly good. For example, the lettering looks professional because, thanks to him, it perfectly matches the logo. My friends and I would like to thank him again! I hope you read this and that I can reach others who are currently unsure where to get their jerseys customized. I highly recommend him! :) Best regards, Kevin Röll

Keep it up and there'll be another vacant storefront in the pedestrian zone. Maybe the new owner will actually care about their customers. Three, in words, three idle employees who notice customers in the store, observe them, and let them leave without asking. I ended up buying shoes at the old-school Deichmann. The employees only have themselves to blame.

Just like before, simply not recommended. As a young person, you're labeled a shoplifter. Very unfriendly staff, and when you ask about products, you're treated like an idiot.

I was followed everywhere by the employee with glasses and short blonde hair. She stalked me at a semi-professional distance into the furthest corners of the store. When I went upstairs, this vampire-like woman left me alone, as other employees were responsible for surveillance up there. When I went back downstairs, I saw a German man browsing alone in one of the quieter corners. The blonde woman, who apparently used a surfboard to surf the internet, was nowhere to be seen. Then I went—yes, I have no other hobbies—to that corner as well. And lo and behold: the woman appeared like a phoenix from the ashes. I played this game a little longer until it was no longer fun. It seems the prevailing opinion in this store is that anyone who looks different comes in to steal. Or perhaps the woman is really into men of Mediterranean descent with chocolate-colored eyes and hairy backs.

I'll never shop there again. There was absolutely no customer service. And they threatened me with a €5 fine if I browsed for too long because they claimed it increased the risk of me buying online. So they're happy to rip off young people there.

Professional, friendly, and thorough advice! Overall, a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The team is accommodating and dedicated. Shopping should be fun! :)

The incompetent and highly inaccurate advice is masked by excessive politeness, reminiscent of unscrupulous salespeople who only want one thing: your money. At the latest when it comes to returns, this friendliness turns into pure ignorance, and unlike in any other store, returns are refused. After comparing this to other stores, which are generally cheaper, and this very negative experience, I can only advise everyone against buying anything there.
